I found this book a key part of learning during residency and years later find it great review. Pictures are fantastic and text is concise and easy to read. I don't fall asleep while reading it, as I do with other books.

I wish I had looked at this more carefully before I invested so much in it. It really hasn't been helpful in the clinical setting at all, and the on-line content is lame.
