Once you buy the book, there is a link to sign up for www.expertconsult.com. This gives you access to the full book online as well as all the video clips available in the hard copy of the book. You can access this online version at all times and there is implication that the first couple chapters are updated as new information comes out.

With the latest edition of his book Dr. Jacobson has produced a reference of superb clarity and depth. The writing is concise and the images gorgeous. The extensive online resource greatly complements the text. Lastly, the price point is amazingly low for a work of this caliber. If you are interested in the field of musculoskeletal radiology this is a must-have.
