Very informative book whether you are for or against vaccinating. It breaks down each vaccination on the recommended schedule, what it is for, the effectiveness, what is in it, how safe it is and Dr. Cave's personal experience with adverse reactions. I could not have made an informed decision based on my own pediatricians recommendations but this book answered a lot of questions and helped me make educated decisions regarding vaccinations.

I have three kids and have practiced delayed and selective vaccination. This book was the very most helpful and easy to understand. I was able to have very in depth conversations with the kids' doctor to create a plan for their vaccinations that I feel comfortable with, and very educated about. A must read. I give this to everyone I know when they have their first child.
